1. The service
Rust-a-Man is an unofficial, informational companion for the game Rust. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facepunch Studios. It provides reference data and planning tools derived from the official Rust+ Companion API and publicly documented map formats.
2. Eligibility
Rust is rated for mature audiences. You must be at least 13 years old and meet the minimum age required to play Rust in your jurisdiction to use Rust-a-Man.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use Rust-a-Man solely as an informational companion and to comply with the Rust End User License Agreement and the rules of any server you connect to.
Rust-a-Man does not provide cheats, ESP, aimbots, radar, or any feature that grants an unfair in-game advantage beyond information already exposed by the official Rust+ API. You may not use the service to circumvent game protections, automate gameplay, or read game memory.
4. Accuracy & no warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Loot tables, monument data, radiation levels, base scores, raid-risk estimates, and event timers are approximate and provided for reference only. Always verify in-game.
5. Intellectual property
“Rust”, “Rust+”, “Facepunch”, “Steam”, and all related names and marks are the property of their respective owners and are used here only nominatively to identify the game and services Rust-a-Man works with. All other content and software of Rust-a-Man is owned by ITWILLROCK Sp. z o.o..
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ITWILLROCK Sp. z o.o. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any in-game outcomes arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Changes & termination
We may modify the service or these terms at any time; the “last updated” date reflects the current version. We may suspend access for conduct that violates these terms or harms the service or other users.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland and applicable EU law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
